Shipping Policy

At Liberty Lash, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using the service selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that it is on its way.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas, bank holidays, or Royal Mail strikes.

Delays & Lost Items

Once your order has been dispatched, Liberty Lash is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, these situations are outside of our control.

If your item is delayed, we kindly ask that you allow sufficient time for delivery before contacting us. In the event that an item is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, we will assist you where possible in submitting a claim, but this does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
